Who we are

What we do with an enquiry

When you send the enquiry form or call, we use your name, phone number, postcode and what you told us about the job to get back to you and, if you go ahead, to do the work and issue your certificates. Form enquiries are sent to Jess Chana by text and by email. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Cookies and measurement

This site works fully without any optional cookies. If you choose to allow them, we use two tools so we can see which pages bring in enquiries and whether our Facebook posts are worth the effort:

• Google Analytics (analytics cookies) counts visits and which pages, calls and forms happen. IP addresses are anonymised.
• Meta Pixel (advertising cookies) lets us see whether people who found us on Facebook or Instagram went on to call or enquire.

Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. Change it any time with the cookie settings link in the footer.

Asking for your data to be deleted

Email jscelectric8@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the phone number or email you used. We will delete your enquiry details within 30 days and confirm by reply, unless we must keep a record for a certificate or invoice already issued.
